30 Day Challenge

Cook, Eat, Burn - the Programme

January 9th – February 8th 2017

With the guidance of a highly skilled team you will receive:

  • 30 day meal plan including recipes, a shopping list and food plan. The details are worked out for you so you can concentrate on your goals.
  • Targeted weekly training, working on body fat percentage and weekly measurements. You can customise your goals and see the progress.
  • Support from trainers. Encouragement helping you to keep on track.
  • Guaranteed results . Knowing your efforts will pay off is the only incentive you will ever need.

What's involved?

You will be joined in a private Facebook group where your weekly shopping list , food preparation and meal plan will be posted . You enjoy the team dynamic, getting support from your fellow challengers. You will eat from a prescribed, clean food plan without any additives, preservatives or chemicals. Metabolic foods help the burn process.

Your part

You must take part in 3 classes per week. Classes must be pre-paid 1 week in advance.
At least 1 of these classes will be aimed at targeted muscle groups by doing Circuits , Bootcamp , Boxercise or HiiT Circuits.
